“I’ve spent 25 years in property management, lettings, and maintenance – leading teams, running operations, and solving problems before most people even notice them. I’ve headed up the property management arm of a large independent agency, run its sister maintenance company, and later led maintenance across a multi-branch group – streamlining systems and raising service standards along the way.
I also hold an SMSTS qualification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), helping me manage refurbishment projects safely and effectively.
Outside of work, I’m into poker, bingo, swimming, and yoga – and I’m always up for a challenge, whether it’s in the office or at the card table.”
